About Eleniak
Eleniak is a venture studio founded by Shahbaz Khokhar. We're building brands across eCommerce and marketing. We launch products, take on performance clients, and build proprietary AI and internal systems to do it faster than teams ten times our size. You'd work directly with operators who've scaled real brands and real revenue:
- $3.7M+ eCommerce brand launched in the first 3 months
- $200M+ client revenue in a performance marketing agency
- Built internal AI + creative production systems used across the businesses
You'd start as an editor and grow into a creative strategist. That's the actual path here, and we'll train the strategy side. Editing software can be taught too. What can't is taste, pace and an instinct for what makes someone stop scrolling, so that's what we're hiring for.
If you already think in hooks and retention rather than transitions and colour grades, there's room to build here. If you want a brief handed to you and no view on whether the ad will work, this won't fit.
What the Work Looks Like
From Day One
- Cut direct-response video ads for Meta. Short-form, hook-led, built to convert rather than to win awards.
- Turn briefs around fast. Speed is a real advantage here, not a compromise.
- Use AI as a production multiplier — generation, upscaling, voice, variation testing. We use it heavily and expect you to.
- Learn to read performance on your own work. Hook rate, hold rate, CTR. We'll teach you what to look for.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
As You Grow Into It
- Writing the briefs yourself rather than just executing them.
- Coordinating our wider editor pool and running weekly post-production training.
What We're Looking For
We care about ability, not years of experience. What matters is the work you can point at and how you think about why it performed.

- Fluency with AI tools in your workflow, and a view on which ones are worth using
- Solid written English. You'll be writing copy eventually, and we'll teach you how to make it convert
- Fast and reliable, without the quality dropping
- High ownership, low ego, entrepreneurial wiring — an operator, not a passenger
