We're looking for a highly creative Video Editor & Meme Creator to join our team and create fast, culturally relevant content for a Web3 gaming and crypto gambling platform.
This is not a traditional video editing role. We’re looking for someone who lives online, understands meme culture, follows crypto and Web3 communities, and knows how to turn internet trends, gaming references, and platform moments into content people actually want to share on X.
You’ll be responsible for producing a steady stream of high-quality video edits, memes, and AI-assisted creative specifically designed for crypto on X.
What you'll be doing:
- Create high-quality video edits specifically for X.
- Produce original memes, image edits, reaction content, and culturally relevant creative.
- Take raw footage, gaming content, livestream clips, and existing assets and turn them into engaging X-native content.
- Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance the creative process, including AI video generation, image generation, voice, animation, and editing tools.
- Develop content around crypto culture, Web3 gaming, gambling, PvP, betting, and relevant internet trends.
- Identify trending memes, formats, conversations, and cultural moments on X and adapt them quickly for the brand.
- Work from creative briefs while also proactively pitching your own concepts.
- Maintain a high level of visual quality while working at the speed required for X.
- Collaborate with the wider creative and marketing team on campaigns, launches, and reactive content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
