Video Editor & Motion Designer
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Designer to join CSG Creative – a multi-disciplinary in-house studio focused on creating engaging, high-impact content that connects, informs and inspires our colleagues across Sky.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with a strong foundation in motion design and animation, who is equally comfortable bringing ideas to life through filming, video editing and storytelling. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters and creative leads to deliver compelling visual content across a range of internal campaigns, platforms and experiences.

What you’ll do
- Create high-quality motion graphics and animation for a variety of formats, including highlight reels, campaign content and digital experiences
- Edit and produce video content, including sizzle reels, mini-documentaries and piece-to-camera formats
- Develop motion concepts and visual narratives from initial brief through to final delivery, including storyboarding and animatics
- Support the creation of internal promotional videos, testimonials, case studies and motion mock-ups
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers and stakeholders to translate business objectives into engaging visual storytelling
- Ensure all content aligns with brand, tone of voice and accessibility standards
- Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools and techniques

What you’ll bring
Essential criteria:
- Solid foundation in motion design, animation or a related discipline
- Proven experience creating motion graphics and animated content for digital platforms
- Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience filming and directing video content
- Strong video editing capabilities and understanding of narrative, pacing and sound
- Understanding of end-to-end video production processes
- Experience working from brief through to delivery
- Strong typography, layout and visual composition skills
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Desirable skills and experience:
- Experience creating content for internal communications or employee engagement campaigns
- Experience producing content across multiple digital channels and formats
- Familiarity with accessibility considerations for video and motion content

How you’ll work
We've adopted a hybrid working approach to give more flexibility on where and how we work. The hybrid working expectations for this role are 2 days in the office per week.
