Job Title: Video Editor & Motion Designer

Location: HEAD (UK) London
Office based: 5x days a week
Reports: Group Creative Operations Director

We’re HEAD. We make gear for people who love sport - from the tennis court to the mountain. We’re looking for a great editor first, with strong motion skills and a genuine interest in sport. Someone who understands pace, energy and storytelling, and can turn raw footage into content you want to watch.

You’ll work across campaigns, social, product and athlete content, collaborating with filmmakers, photographers, designers and athletes from idea through to final edit.

What you’ll do

  • Edit films and social content with strong storytelling, pace and energy.
  • Find the story in footage and make every cut count.
  • Create motion graphics, animation, typography and visual effects that enhance the edit.
  • Work across campaign films, product launches and social content.
  • Contribute to concepts, treatments, storyboards and creative ideas.
  • Get involved in shoots and work closely with athletes and creative teams.
  • Adapt content for Instagram, YouTube and digital platforms.
  • Help evolve HEAD’s visual style and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Share your experience and help develop junior creatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
