About RGML & Oceros

RGML is a group business built on ambition and momentum. Through our brands Rhino, Oceros and Halo, we've built a successful, high-performing business - and one that's only getting more exciting, with growth happening right now, in real time, in the work you'll do.

Oceros is fast becoming one of the most talked-about names in the automotive industry, scaling rapidly and investing seriously in the people and capability to match its ambition. Everything we produce is built around one goal: creating social-first content that helps automotive brands stand out, connect with their audiences and drive results.

The Role

As our Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' brands and campaigns to life through high-quality social media content. Combining creative design, motion graphics and editing expertise, you'll transform creative concepts into visually compelling content - from developing style frames and motion assets through to editing final content for delivery across every major social platform.

This is a full-time, office-based role. It's fast-paced - you'll be managing multiple projects simultaneously, working to agreed service level agreements (SLAs), and collaborating with our creative and account management teams to deliver exceptional content on time. No two projects are the same - you'll work across a variety of automotive brands and groups, combining strong creative instincts with technical expertise to deliver content that is innovative, engaging and visually outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit engaging automotive video content for a wide range of social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Design and animate motion graphics from concept to delivery — including animated social assets, kinetic typography, logo animations, lower thirds and end cards.
  • Support the development of projects from initial concepts, storyboards and style frames through to final delivery.
  • Work with footage captured by our in-house videographers, collaborating closely with them throughout the production process.
  • Produce platform-specific edits that align with current social media trends and best practices.
  • Build reusable motion graphics templates (e.g. .mogrt files) to keep branded content consistent and speed up turnaround across campaigns.
  • Translate static brand assets and design concepts into animation, working with designers to bring campaigns to life.
  • Contribute creative ideas and design approaches that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Manage multiple projects while working towards agreed SLAs and delivery deadlines, adapting quickly to changing priorities and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and content creators throughout the production process.
  • Review and implement client feedback accurately and efficiently, ensuring revisions are completed to a high standard - and learn from it to continually improve future edits and maintain consistency across ongoing campaigns.
  • Ensure all content complies with automotive manufacturer brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging editing techniques, software developments and content trends across digital and social platforms.
  • Maintain organised project structures, media management processes and version control to support efficient production workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
