We're looking for an experienced Video Editor with strong motion graphics and animation skills to join our growing creative team.
We're looking for an editor who can take ownership of projects, craft compelling stories, create engaging motion graphics, and deliver polished content that helps ambitious brands communicate, engage and inspire.
You will work across a wide variety of projects, including brand films, recruitment campaigns, social content, corporate communications, internal communications, event videos, animations and marketing campaigns for clients across multiple sectors.
You'll be joining a collaborative agency environment where creativity, attention to detail and commercial thinking are equally valued.
About You
You're an experienced agency editor who understands what it takes to create content that delivers results for clients.
You can confidently move between editing, motion graphics and animation, bringing energy and creativity to every project while maintaining excellent technical standards and organisation.
You enjoy working closely with producers, creatives, designers, animators and clients, and you're happy to share ideas that help elevate the final output.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
