About the Role

We're looking for a talented Short Form Video Editor to join our agency. You'll be responsible for editing content produced by our in-house videographer for the agency's ad account and organic social channels, as well as repurposing our long-form podcast content into high volumes of engaging short form clips.

This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and platform-native trends, who can consistently turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short form video content for paid ad campaigns and organic social channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Repurpose long-form podcast content into multiple short form clips on a regular, high-volume basis
  • Add creative overlays, captions, sound design, and transitions to maximise engagement and retention
  • Work closely with our videographer, content, and our marketing team to align on creative direction and brand tone
  • Maintain a consistent output of clean, high-quality edits that meet agency standards
  • Stay on top of short form trends, formats, and platform best practices, bringing fresh ideas to every edit
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously across different channels

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
