The roles
We’re looking for a talented Video Editor to bring bold visual stories to life across a variety of platforms for our exciting mix of clients.
In this role, you’ll:
- Edit video content for social, digital campaigns, marketing projects and client work
- Take ideas from an initial brief through to the final cut, developing concepts, storyboards and visual ideas along the way
- Bring videos to life with motion graphics, titles, transitions and visual effects
- Take care of the post-production process, from colour grading and sound through to exporting content for different platforms
- Work with our creative, digital, PR and social teams to bring ideas together and make sure the final content feels right for the brand
- Create different styles of content for different brands, audiences and channels
- Keep an eye on what’s happening across social, video and motion design, and bring new ideas into your work

What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in an agency environment in a video editing or motion design role would be great
- A strong showreel or portfolio that shows off your editing, motion graphics and storytelling skills
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- A solid understanding of video specs, aspect ratios, frame rates and the different formats needed for social platforms
- Someone who can take a brief and a pile of raw footage and turn it into something people actually want to watch
- A good eye for detail, particularly when it comes to colour, sound, pacing and keeping things on brand
- Someone who enjoys working with other people, brings ideas to the table and is always looking for ways to make the work better
