Video Editor | OCD Studio
We're looking for a Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and knows how to turn footage into content that actually performs — across live events, sports, and social.
You'll work closely with our creative and production team, taking raw footage from shoots and events and turning it into polished, audience-ready content across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the edit, understands pacing and story, and can move fast without cutting corners.
This is a full-time role, and we're looking to start ASAP, ideally in August.
What You'll Do
This role is focused on social media and website content — not broadcast or TV
Editing & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end editing process for live event and social content, from raw footage through to final delivery
- Produce edits, cut-downs, and platform-specific variations optimised for social channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the OCD Studio website
- Confident working across various aspect ratios and formats (e.g. 9:16, 1:1, 16:9) to suit different platforms and placements
- Apply colour grading, sound mixing, captioning, and light motion graphics to deliver a polished final product
- Turn same-day and next-day event footage into fast-turnaround recap content, working to tight deadlines
Collaboration
- Work closely with our production and creative team to translate briefs and shoot footage into content that hits the brief
- Take feedback well and iterate quickly across multiple projects at once
- Contribute creative ideas and stay on top of trends across social and event content

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Comfortable working to tight turnarounds, particularly around live events
- This is a social and web-content role, not an ads or broadcast/TV role — so we're looking for someone whose experience and interest sits there rather than in longer-form or agency ad production
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple deliverables at once
- A genuine interest in sports, culture, and live events
- Proactive, collaborative, and open to feedback
- UK-based, with the right to work in the UK, and able to work from our North London studio Monday–Thursday
