The Role

Neutonic is looking for a talented, creatively driven Video Editor (Social First) to join our growing in-house content team.

This role is for someone who understands that great editing is about more than making something look good. It’s about grabbing attention, holding it, telling a story quickly and creating content that feels native to the platform it lives on.

You’ll work closely with our Senior Social Media Manager, supporting the day-to-day creation and development of content across Neutonic’s organic social, paid creative, UGC, retail and wider brand campaigns. You’ll play an important role in increasing the volume, variety and quality of content we produce as the brand continues to grow.

While short-form social content will be a major part of the role, you’ll also play a key role in bringing new product launches and larger campaign ideas to life through video. This could include launch films, hero campaign edits, product reveals, teasers, trailers and supporting social cutdowns.

We’re looking for someone who is genuinely social-first in their thinking. You should understand hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling, while also being confident shaping larger campaign narratives where the creative needs more room to breathe. You’ll be comfortable taking raw footage, UGC, founder content or campaign assets and turning them into multiple strong executions rather than simply producing one finished edit.

Ideally, you’ll also have experience working with beverage, FMCG or consumer brands, with an understanding of how to make physical products feel exciting, relevant and native to social.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
