Video Editor – Social Media (Sports)

We're working with a fast-growing sports technology startup that's building one of the most exciting consumer products in the sports media and analytics space. They're looking for a Video Editor – Social Media to join their content team and create engaging, scroll-stopping short-form content for millions of sports fans.

If you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X, and know how to turn sports moments into viral content, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced video editor with a strong understanding of short-form content and the ever-changing landscape of social media. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing teams to develop highly engaging, platform-specific video assets that bring our brand to life and connect with our audience — especially around key sports and betting moments. This is an on-site role based in Marylebone, London (5 days/week).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
