Role Overview
This role is ideal for a creative video editor passionate about storytelling through dynamic Instagram Reels. You will transform a collection of travel photos and short video clips into engaging, visually cohesive Reels that capture the essence of each destination. Each project involves working with approximately 25 short video clips and 150 photos per trip, crafting 2–3 Reels that are no longer than three minutes each. The editor will be responsible for sequencing, pacing, and integrating supplied music, cover images, and text, ensuring each Reel begins with a strong introduction and transitions smoothly into the main content. This is a paid test project with the opportunity for ongoing assignments based on performance.
Deliverables
- Edit and assemble 2–3 Instagram Reels per trip, each under three minutes, using provided photos and video clips.
- Incorporate supplied cover image, title, tagline, and background music into each Reel.
- Create a creative destination introduction for each Reel, utilizing external footage (e.g., maps, flags, travel scenes) as needed.
- Ensure dynamic mixing of photos and video clips, avoiding static collages.
- Deliver the initial test video within four days of receiving materials.
- Maintain consistent visual style and storytelling across all Reels.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
