GB News is seeking a skilled Video Journalist based in Scotland to join our team based throughout the UK. As a national news broadcaster, we are committed to delivering engaging content to our audience. You need to be able to work independently with support from the news desk in London.
At GB News, we want to make regional stories relevant to a national audience and give national stories prevalence in your region. You need to be proactive and be required to pitch ideas for all GB News platforms.

Responsibilities
- Producing TV content
- Creating website articles
- Creating social media content
- Setting up interviews and stories
- Filming and editing stories
- Going live on-air on a variety of stories from breaking news to planned segments
- Voicing and editing TV packages
Requirements
- Background in news journalism
- Excellent storytelling skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Full driving license
- Right to work in the UK
