Bring Stories to Life Across Europe
At DHL Express, we're the world's most international company, connecting people and businesses across more than 220 countries and territories. As part of our European Creative Services team, we're looking for a talented Video Producer to create impactful visual content that inspires customers, engages employees, and strengthens one of the world's most recognised brands.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an in-house team established to deliver world-class creative solutions across Europe. You'll take ownership of the complete video production process, from concept development and filming through to editing, motion graphics, and final delivery.
This role offers exciting opportunities for international travel and the chance to work on high-profile projects across Europe. Over the past 18 months, the current Video Producer has filmed in Belgium, France, Greece, Hungary, Poland and Türkiye, creating content that supports both DHL’s external marketing campaigns and internal communications. UK-based projects have included exclusive behind-the-scenes coverage of DHL volunteers at Coldplay’s Wembley Stadium concert and content production for the DHL Trade Vision Conference in Westminster.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end video production including concept creation, storyboarding, scripting, filming and post-production.
- Produce high-quality content for marketing campaigns, social media, events, internal communications and digital channels.
- Film and direct shoots, predominantly as a self-shooting videographer.
- Edit footage, colour grade, mix audio, and create motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Manage and maintain professional audiovisual equipment and studio resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, including senior leaders, marketing teams and country organisations.
- Support localisation of creative content and share best practices across regional marketing teams.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring exceptional quality and on-time delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
