Video Producer | London | £45k - £50k p.a.

Step into a role where creative vision meets commercial performance. This is your opportunity to shape the video output of a well-loved, digitally native beauty brand with serious retail presence across the UK.

The Role

As Video Producer, you will lead end-to-end video creation across paid media, organic social and brand campaigns. You will be the driving force behind content that converts, content that builds brand equity, and content that stops the scroll.

  • Concept, film and edit high-performing video ads across Meta and TikTok, including brand and UGC-style formats
  • Iterate on winning creatives and continuously test new hooks, formats and narratives to improve CPA, CTR and ROAS
  • Support the Organic Social team with filming, editing and best-practice guidance across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Provide video art direction for NPD launches, campaign shoots and brand moments, from concept through to final edit
  • Collaborate closely with Paid Media, Creative, Influencer and Ecommerce teams to align video output with commercial priorities
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and apply learnings to keep the brand’s video content current, competitive and differentiated

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
