Video Producer (Sport)
Location: Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 (Hybrid)
Established in 2010, Fourth Wall deliver a wide variety of fan engagement solutions for global sports brands. We help clubs grow and provide deeper brand experiences to their fans through the supply of cutting-edge technology, impactful content, engaging creative, and innovative merchandise.
We work with some huge names in sport including Liverpool FC, Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton FC, Newcastle United, Celtic FC, British & Irish Lions, and The Welsh Rugby Union to name just a few. Our business is built on innovation and driving change in how sports clubs communicate with their supporters. With a deep understanding of fan behaviour and the challenges that clubs face, we offer a whole range of engagement solutions and services that solve pain points and help brands achieve their goals.
Over the last 15 years we have continued to grow and create a name within the world of sports as a key supplier with an entire eco-system of services and systems. Now with over 50 professional sports clubs as active clients, we’re constantly pushing forward with new and innovative solutions.
The Role
We are seeking an ambitious and versatile Video Producer to join our in-house content team, who are tasked with the ideation, capture and production of content for a whole host of globally renowned sports clients. Our content varies hugely and we’re always looking for new ways to engage the viewer, producing long and short form videos ranging from docuseries style pieces to 60 second quickly digestible entertainment, as well as podcasts, campaign ads, animation and explainer videos.

We are storytellers at heart, we love to come up with new and unique content, to bring ideas to life in a fresh and unique way. You’ll play a pivotal part of this, working with the creative and content teams to turn a brief in to something emotive and engaging.
Based from our offices in Bromborough, Wirral and reporting to both the Head of Video, this role will have you working on the full production of filmed content, from filming on location to producing the final edits, you’ll be a central part of the team that does it all and so need to be well versed in all aspects of video production.
This role offers hybrid working, but will require flexibility, with some weekend or evening work around live sports and events.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a hunger to grow, set trends, and produce exceptional work, backed by relevant experience in a similar video production role. You’ll enjoy rising to a challenge and turning a brief into a beautifully executed piece of content.
The ideal candidate will have interest or experience in sport, if you understand how a fan thinks you’ll understand the importance of what we do.
Experience and Skill Set:
- Relevant qualification in film / media
- Relevant experience within a similar role, ideally within an agency or in-house video function
- Well versed in:
- Camera operating (including the set-up of equipment)
- Lighting
- Video editing
- Motion graphics
- Adobe Premiere/Davinci Resolve
- Adobe After Effects (ideal but not pivotal)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of best export practices for web and social
- Shoot planning and coordination
- Ability to interpret a brief
- A keen eye for detail and creativity
- Highly organised with excellent time management
- Flexible, accommodating, and with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional organisational skills
- A great communicator who is comfortable working with others
- A self-starter who can organise and own a project under their own steam
- Ability to work as part of a team to drive best results.
- A full valid UK driving license as travel will be required

This is a full-time role, 5 days a week Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours for filming around sporting fixtures and events.
