Video Producer - Remote - £35,000 - Full time, permanent
Turn moments into movement.
PiXL, the UK’s largest education leadership network, is looking for a Video Producer to own our video from the first recording to the final edit. Thousands of school leaders watch what we make. You’ll decide how it looks, how it moves and how fast it ships.
What you’ll do
- Film interviews, case studies and live conference footage
- Cut high energy event reels and punchy social edits
- Create animated explainers and promotional videos
- Produce podcasts, sound bites and platform specific formats
- Build the templates, motion graphics foundations and asset library that make fast, repeatable production possible

What you’ll bring
- Strong professional video editing and production experience
- Confidence with industry standard editing and animation software
- Experience filming interviews and live events, often on your own
- A creative eye for storytelling, rhythm and visual identity
- The organisation to manage several projects at pace
- Bonus, not essential: motion graphics, podcast editing, photography, or experience in education or membership organisations.
