Our Team: How we enrich everyday life:
KISS is in its “feral” era. We’re bigger and bolder than ever before, and we need a skilled and passionate Video Producer to help us break new ground in social video. This exciting role will be dedicated to KISS XTRA, our radio brand that celebrates all things UK Black music and culture. If you’re passionate about social media, music, entertainment and cultural lore, then this role is for you.
At KISS, you’ll work alongside some of the best creative talent in the industry. From producers, DJs and presenters to marketing, events and social teams, you'll help create authentic, funny and relevant content that’s impossible to scroll past. As a Video Producer for KISS XTRA, you’ll work with a team of brilliant creators to make bold, high-energy content with Black music and culture at the heart. Whether you’re filming on set with major talent, capturing a red carpet or editing a freestyle, you’ll bring creative ideas to life for our audience. You’ll also be a pivotal part of the wider KISS team, working on content for KISS, KISS DANCE and KISSTORY.
The difference you will make:
This role is a unique opportunity to help shape KISS XTRA video content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Working alongside our KISS XTRA Social Producer and reporting into our Senior Video Producer, you’ll work on projects of all scales, bringing fresh energy and bold new ideas.
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes social content: you’ll know what’s trending, how to keep retention rates high on YouTube and how to optimise your edit for Instagram over TikTok. You know the KISS XTRA audience like the back of your hand; you know the importance of cultural lore and representation, and work to get it right.
Your role:
The KISS XTRA Video Producer is responsible for creating video content across our platforms. You’ll be a talented shooter and editor, able to deliver high-quality video from end to end. This is a full-time role reporting into the Senior Video Producer at KISS.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
