Job Title: Video Producer with Animation and Motion Graphics Experience
Location: London, UK
We are looking for a Creative Video Producer with strong hands-on experience in video and audio production, combined with expert-level animation and motion graphics.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Video Producer to drive the evolution of our multimedia content for our Equity Research franchise. This role combines hands-on production expertise with creative innovation, playing a key role in the full content lifecycle from concept development and storytelling through to production and post-production.
The successful candidate will balance delivery of high-quality video and audio content across our established production pipeline, while advancing how we create, enhance and scale multimedia content through new technologies (such as AI-powered multimedia), formats and workflows.
Working closely with the Marketing team, you will shape compelling financial and markets content that engages audiences, strengthens our brand and supports commercial objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
Creative Innovation & Tech Adoption
- Drive the creative development of multimedia content, from concept through to final delivery.
- Define production approaches, visual language and storytelling frameworks in partnership with the Marketing team, developing concepts, storyboards and creative treatments.
- Establish and maintain creative production and quality standards across all multimedia output.
- Drive continuous improvement across production workflows, tools and content methodologies.
- Help evaluate and adopt AI-powered video production tools and assess emerging Multimedia Tech.

Motion Graphics & Animation
- Design and integrate high-quality motion graphics and animation to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Apply advanced animation principles, including pacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ensure motion design remains aligned with brand standards and contemporary creative trends.
Video & Audio Production
- Manage end-to-end production of video and audio content, including analyst videos, interviews, podcasts, conference content and marketing campaigns for client and social media channels.
- Have an excellent understanding of broadcast camera sets and audio setups and operate them to a high standard.
- Manage post-production activities, including editing, colour correction, sound design, audio mixing and delivery.

Working Approach
- Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Must Have:
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Audition), with strong technical knowledge of video production and post-production workflows.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in video production, creative content, broadcast, agency or multimedia environments.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Motion Graphics or a related field.)
- Proven track record leading creative development and content strategy.
- Advanced motion graphics and animation skills, with a strong visual design sensibility and understanding of current trends.
- Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
- Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success driving innovation, transformation or capability-building in creative Functions.
