AVT Media is looking for a confident, driven, and personable Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our growing team. If you are passionate about the power of video production and thrive in a sales environment, we want to hear from you.

We offer a starting salary of £37,000 per annum alongside a generous, uncapped 15% commission structure with initial OTE of £50k per annum. Because your commission is uncapped, your earning potential is truly in your hands.

*This is a full time (40 hrs per week), permanent position with a 6 month initial probation period.

  • Lead Sourcing & Outreach: Identifying brands, agencies and event organisers to whom we can provide our services.
  • Prospecting New Business: Building relationships via email, video chat, face-to-face meetings, and phone calls. We want you out there networking, meeting with marketing teams and agencies!
  • Collaboration: Liaising closely with our Head of Video Production to ensure client visions are seamlessly translated into the final deliverables.
  • Client Representation: Attending on-location shoots to nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Account Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline and meet all administrative expectations across CRM and email.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential clients at all levels.
  • Confidence, resilience, and the determination to navigate objections and build trust with prospects.
  • A reliable, personable team player who has a good understanding of current cultural trends.
  • Good IT literacy and a strong, reliable internet connection (essential for remote working).
  • Real-world sales experience is highly valued; formal qualifications are not required.
  • A solid understanding of the roles and processes within video production is a massive advantage!
