Overview

We’re looking for a talented Videographer to help us build Tallow+Ash into one of the most exciting modern brands in the UK and change the laundry aisle for good.

You’ll work closely with the founders and wider creative team to create brilliant video content across Marketing, Product and Brand. From paid social ads and organic content to product launches, campaigns and larger brand films, you’ll help bring Tallow+Ash to life through distinctive, engaging storytelling.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who can take an idea from concept to finished film. You’ll be confident behind the camera, highly capable in the edit and comfortable producing a high volume of content without compromising creative quality.

The role will be based at Tallow+Ash HQ, with flexibility for remote editing where appropriate. Some travel may be required for shoots, locations and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating high-performing marketing content

    • Film and edit video content for paid advertising, organic social media, email and the website
    • Create multiple formats, hooks and variations for platforms including Meta, TikTok and YouTube
    • Work closely with the marketing team to understand what is performing and develop stronger creative over time
    • Balance speed and volume with consistently high production standards
  • Bringing campaigns and launches to life

    • Produce video content for new product launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity
    • Translate creative briefs into distinctive video concepts and compelling visual stories
    • Plan and execute shoots involving products, models, creators, founders and locations
    • Capture behind-the-scenes content and additional assets that maximise the value of every shoot

  • Owning production from start to finish

    • Take projects from initial concept and shot planning through to filming, editing and final delivery
    • Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio and other production equipment
    • Edit footage, colour-grade, mix audio and add motion graphics, captions and music where required
    • Organise footage, project files and finished assets so content can be found and reused easily
  • Creating standout product content

    • Film products in a way that feels premium, distinctive and unmistakably Tallow+Ash
    • Produce product demonstrations, fragrance-led storytelling, educational videos and ecommerce content
    • Experiment with lighting, movement, composition and practical effects to make everyday products feel exciting
    • Work with the product and brand teams to communicate product benefits clearly and creatively
  • Collaborating with the wider creative team

    • Work closely with creative strategists, graphic designers, 3D artists and other creative partners
    • Contribute ideas during campaign planning, creative reviews and content-development sessions
    • Respond positively to feedback and adapt work quickly when priorities change
    • Help establish an ambitious, energetic and highly productive creative culture

  • Continuously improving our video output
    • Stay up to date with emerging formats, editing styles, platform trends and production techniques
    • Review creative performance and use those insights to inform future work
    • Develop repeatable filming and editing processes that help the team produce more content efficiently
    • Continually look for ways to make Tallow+Ash’s video content more distinctive, effective and memorable
