Role Description
The Videographer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Leeds, with flexibility for some work from home. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content for a range of clients in sectors such as property, construction, architecture, and hospitality.

Day-to-day activities include:


Get help with your application

- Pre-production planning
- On-site filming (including occasional travel)
- Camera and lighting setup
- Directing shoots
- Collaborating with the wider creative and marketing team to align video content with client strategies
- Selecting and organizing footage
- Coordinating with editors
- Ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and project timelines
- Working closely with social media and marketing specialists to develop video assets for campaigns across multiple digital platforms
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills in video production, including planning and executing shoots from concept to delivery.
- Proficiency in camera operation and handling professional camera equipment.
- Ability to set up and adjust lighting for indoor and outdoor shooting environments.
- Experience shooting video on location, including framing, composition, and basic sound capture.
- Familiarity with post-production workflows and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms, and how video content supports campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with clients and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Willingness to travel for shoots within the UK as required, and to work occasional evenings or weekends for key projects.
- Relevant experience in commercial videography; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is highly desirable.
