Role Purpose

As Videographer, you'll lead the creation of engaging video content across paid and organic social campaigns, product launches, brand storytelling, events and wider digital marketing activity. Taking projects from initial brief and concept through to final delivery, you'll plan and support shoots, film and direct content, manage production requirements, and oversee editing and post-production. Working closely with internal teams, external creatives, agencies and production partners, you'll ensure all content is creatively strong, performance-minded and aligned with BYOMA's brand direction. As a senior creative specialist within the Creative & Content team, you'll help elevate the quality, consistency and effectiveness of visual content across all brand touchpoints.

Role Responsibilities

  • Studio Output & Delivery: Consistently deliver high-quality studio content against agreed briefs, priorities and deadlines, maintaining an efficient workflow from pre-production through to final asset delivery.
  • Digital Ad Creative: Produce a strong and consistent pipeline of video content for paid digital channels, including new concepts, creative variations and refreshed assets designed to support engagement, conversion and wider commercial objectives.
  • Social Content: Deliver engaging, platform-first video content across key social channels, responding to the content calendar, brand priorities, product launches and relevant social trends.
  • Creative Performance: Work with Marketing and Performance teams to understand content performance and use insights such as engagement, watch time, retention and CTR to continually develop and improve creative output.
  • Quality & Brand: Maintain a consistently high standard of filming, editing and production, ensuring all content is visually engaging, technically strong and aligned with the brand’s creative direction.
  • Workflow & Collaboration: Effectively manage multiple projects and production timelines, working with Video Editor support where available and wider teams to ensure content is delivered efficiently and on time.
  • Creative Development: Proactively bring forward new video concepts, formats and creative approaches that evolve the brand’s digital and social presence while supporting wider internal and external marketing needs.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 3-6 years professional experience operating in a similar role within the industry; focussing on video content creation, social media, marketing, advertising, digital media, communications and/or working in a creative environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and confidence in learning new programs
  • Proficiency in video editing - Premiere Pro, Devinchy
  • Strong editing skills, with good storytelling instincts
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to maintain distinct brand identity
  • A proactive, highly organized, self-motivated work ethic, with a willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, patience, good judgment, and flexibility
  • Understanding of digital assets production at scale, post production workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, email templates, quality etc.)
  • Confidence to take initiative and make decisions proactively
  • Strong people skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to work well with others
