A unique opportunity is available for an experienced videographer to capture a one-hour podcast session in London. The assignment involves recording a pop-up interview with four guests at a client's office on 11 September 2026. The role requires full on-site setup and operation of video and audio equipment, ensuring high-quality footage and sound for a niche aviation podcast. The ideal candidate will be able to provide all necessary equipment and manage a multi-camera, multi-microphone environment, delivering professional results suitable for post-production editing.
Deliverables
- Set up and operate four individual camera and microphone stations for each guest
- Provide and manage an additional wide room camera to capture the full setting
- Ensure proper lighting for all participants to achieve broadcast-quality visuals
- Record high-quality audio for each guest, minimizing background noise and ensuring clarity
- Coordinate with the podcast team on-site to meet specific recording requirements
- Deliver all raw video and audio files promptly after the session for post-production

Requirements
- Proven experience in multi-camera podcast or interview recording, preferably in a corporate or professional setting
- Ability to supply and operate professional-grade cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
- Strong technical knowledge of audio and video capture, including troubleshooting on-site
- Excellent organizational skills and punctuality for a time-sensitive, single-day assignment
- Based in or able to travel to London for the scheduled date
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the podcast team
- Portfolio or examples of previous similar work highly desirable
