The Role
You make video that looks premium and sells. We want you to make it for some of the biggest brands on TikTok Shop, and see exactly how much it sells.
What you'll do
- Shoot high-production social content in studio and on location across London: product hero shots, talent-led content and creator-style formats.
- Edit short-form for TikTok, Reels and Shorts that earns the first 2 seconds, with sharp hooks, pace, captions and sound.
- Make shoppable content for TikTok Shop: demos, before and afters, unboxings, offer-led edits and assets for LIVE and paid.
- Cut multiple hooks, lengths and formats from every shoot so we can test fast and scale the winners.
- Sit with the content and paid teams to read hook rate, watch time and GMV per video, then bring what you learn into the next shoot.
- Run your own edit queue across several brands at once, and hit your deadlines.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years shooting and editing professional video, with at least 2 in high-production social.
- Social commerce experience: TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, Amazon or DTC ad creative that was measured on sales.
- A portfolio that shows polished brand-level production and native, fast-moving short-form.
- Strong camera, lighting and audio skills, including product or beauty work and directing talent.
- Advanced Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, plus After Effects or similar for motion and text.
- An instinct for what stops the scroll and what converts, and the confidence to push back on a brief when you know a better way.
- Based in London and happy to be in our N7 office 3 days a week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
