We’re hiring a Videographer

We’re looking for a talented Videographer to join our creative team and help produce high-quality video content for a wide range of clients, campaigns, and platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who is confident behind the camera, strong in the edit, and comfortable taking a project from initial idea through to final delivery.

The role

You’ll be involved in creating video content across a broad mix of projects, including:

  • TV adverts
  • Brand campaigns
  • Social media content
  • Client case studies
  • Testimonials
  • Product and service videos
  • Interviews
  • Event content
  • Promotional films
  • Short-form video
  • Website content
  • Behind-the-scenes content
  • Internal and corporate video

No two weeks will look exactly the same. One day you might be filming a TV ad - the next you could be creating social content for a hospitality brand, shooting a customer case study, filming a product launch, or producing a brand film for a growing business.

You’ll work closely with our creative team and clients to help shape ideas, plan shoots, and turn concepts into polished final content.

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for video and a strong understanding of what makes content look and feel professional.

You should:

  • Be highly confident behind a camera
  • Be a strong and efficient video editor
  • Have a good understanding of lighting and audio
  • Have a strong eye for composition and visual storytelling
  • Understand pacing, music, and sound
  • Be able to adapt your style depending on the client and project
  • Have experience creating content for different platforms and formats
  • Be comfortable working independently on shoots
  • Be equally comfortable collaborating with a wider creative team
  • Be organized and able to manage multiple projects
  • Bring ideas and creative input to projects
  • Take pride in the quality of your work
  • Be keen to keep developing your skills

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Experience working within an agency, production company, or in-house creative team would be useful, but we're more interested in the quality of your work, your attitude, and your ability to create great content.

The kind of person who'll enjoy this role

You’ll probably enjoy this role if you're someone who notices lighting when you walk into a room.

You watch adverts and think about how they were shot.

You care about the difference between an average edit and a great one.

You enjoy working on different types of projects rather than producing the same style of content every day.

And you want to be somewhere where you can contribute ideas rather than simply being handed a camera and a shot list.

We’re making a significant investment in our creative team and in the quality of the work we produce for our clients.

Our ambition is simple: to do great work.

Work that looks great, feels considered, and stands up creatively, whether it’s a TV advert, a brand campaign, a social-first shoot, or a piece of client content.

  • Be part of a growing creative team with genuine investment behind it
  • Have the space and support to produce work you’re proud to put your name to
