Job Description

The Role

As our new Videographer / Content Producer within the Communications and Events team, you will turn business updates, training, and company events into engaging visual stories. You will work alongside colleagues and key stakeholders to produce high-quality video and photography that connects and informs teams right across the business. From taking initial briefs to final delivery, you’ll receive full support from our Video Production Manager to help you hit the ground running and develop your creative and technical expertise.

What You'll Take On

  • Researching concepts, developing creative ideas, and building scripts, storyboards, and shot lists to meet project objectives.
  • Planning and managing hands-on filming and photography shoots across offices, warehouses, events, and outdoor locations.
  • Capturing high-quality video, B-roll, interview footage, drone content, and event coverage while managing clear audio and lighting setup.
  • Editing raw assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, handling colour correction, audio refinement, titles, graphics, and music track selection.
  • Preparing final imagery and video files tailored for internal channels, presentations, learning platforms, and social media.
  • Keeping project files, raw footage, and reusable production assets well-organised for the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
