Videographer & Video Editor
IQON Automotive Ltd, Leicester, UK
IQON Automotive Ltd is a premium vehicle sales and sourcing dealership based in Leicester, specialising in the sourcing and supply of luxury, high-performance and unique vehicles from the UK and international markets.
We are seeking a creative, driven and highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our growing team and take our visual content to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms. This will include filming vehicles, producing cinematic automotive content, documenting customer deliveries, capturing events and creating engaging content around our sourcing and sales operations.
The role is primarily based in Leicester, with opportunities for UK and international travel for vehicle sourcing, collections, events and promotional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment, ensuring strong composition, lighting and visual quality.
- Produce cinematic vehicle photography and videography for social media, advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging short-form and long-form content.
- Create content specifically tailored to platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Film vehicle walkarounds, promotional videos, customer deliveries, events and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop creative concepts and contribute ideas for campaigns and ongoing content.
- Edit footage using professional software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
- Utilise Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and other creative software where appropriate.
- Apply colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the overall quality of content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a consistently high standard of work.
- Maintain an organised archive of all video and photography assets.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure all content aligns with IQON Automotive's brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Travel within the UK and internationally when required for vehicle sourcing, collections, events and content projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Excellent knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and filming equipment.
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of colour grading, sound editing, motion graphics and post-production workflows.
- Good photography skills, with an understanding of composition, lighting and commercial photography.
- Strong understanding of social media content and current video formats, particularly short-form content.
- Excellent eye for detail, visual composition and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a wider team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and consistently meet deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry is essential.
- Able to travel internationally.

Desirable Experience
- Experience within the automotive, luxury, lifestyle or premium retail sectors would be highly advantageous.
- Additional experience with software such as DaVinci Resolve, Topaz, Lightroom or other professional creative and motion graphics platforms would also be beneficial.
