About Lunar Bass

We are a London-based underground dance music brand and community. We make content rooted in dance music culture and artistic development, we run events, we release records, and we design products for those who love music as much as we do. We collaborate with professionals in the space that have something valuable to say, and giving value to our community sits at the core of everything we do.

The Role

We are looking for a Videographer and Social Media Manager to own content production across all Lunar Bass channels. You will work directly with Julian, our founder, and be the engine behind our interview series, event coverage, merch drops, and label releases.

This is a maker role for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who spots opportunities, proposes new formats, and pushes the brand forward, rather than waiting for a brief. You need to be action-oriented, attentive to detail, and have good taste for content. You will operate in a fast-paced environment and be constantly challenged to learn.

What You Will Do

  • Shoot and edit our long-form interview series, music sessions, and blog content
  • Produce and schedule short-form clips across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, working from briefs and ideas our founder drafts in advance
  • Write post copy in native-level English
  • Cover our events: plan the content, film on the night, then clip and publish after
  • Design and shoot content for our clothing drops
  • Coordinate releases for our record label, liaising with artists on logistics
  • Ensure assets are posted daily across all platforms and own the content calendar
  • Run community: reply to comments and DMs and surface what the audience is asking for

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
