Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing dental group as our second videographer, working alongside a full, established marketing team. Our group spans multiple patient-facing practices, an on-site dental lab, and a dentist-facing training academy — giving you real variety and scope to make your mark. You’ll bring content ideas to life through high-quality video across our different brands: the marketing team provides the ideas and briefs, and you bring the storytelling, creative execution, and eye for what resonates with each audience — building awareness, nurturing prospective patients and dental professionals, and driving conversion to booked appointments and course sign-ups.
About the Team
- You’ll join a full, established marketing team — not working in isolation.
- You’ll be the second videographer on the team, with the chance to collaborate, share ideas, and raise the creative bar together.
- As a growing multi-brand group — practices, an on-site lab, and our training academy — there’s plenty of room to develop your role and skills as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
Filming & Storytelling
- Film high-quality video content across practices, adapting on the fly to real clinical environments.
- Bring given ideas and briefs to life through strong storytelling and creative execution.
- Apply an understanding of patient psychology to convey messages that reassure, engage, and build trust.
- Edit footage into engaging content for social media and web.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animation, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
Trend & Competitor Awareness
- Keep a finger on the pulse of competitor content, industry trends, and emerging formats — including what performs well in-feed versus in Stories/Reels and other short-form formats.
Multi-Brand Content
- Create content across multiple brands within our group, including patient-facing clinics and our dentist-facing training academy.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging for each audience — patients on one hand, dental professionals on the other.
- Maintain each brand’s distinct identity while contributing to a consistent standard of quality across the group.
Content for Awareness, Nurturing & Conversion
- Shape top-of-funnel content that builds awareness and reaches new audiences, whether patients or dental professionals.
- Bring nurturing content to life (e.g., patient stories, educational and reassurance content, or course/academy content for dentists) that builds trust over time.
- Produce conversion-focused content (e.g., service explainers, testimonials, calls to action) that supports booking decisions and course sign-ups.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Comfortable adapting tone and style across different brands and audiences.
- Self-managing, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and consistently deliver video to deadline.
