Videographer & Content Creator
Gtechniq | Northamptonshire | Full-time | Office based
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
About the role
Gtechniq develops surface protection and maintenance products for the automotive, marine, and bike markets. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Videographer & Content Creator to bring our products, technology, and brand to life.
Video and photography will be the main focus. You’ll take content from initial idea through to filming, editing, and delivery, producing everything from product demonstrations and application guides to launch films and short social videos.
Alongside content creation, you’ll use your graphic design skills to produce digital and printed marketing materials. We want someone who can create work that looks professional, captures attention, and helps customers understand our products.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning, filming, and editing video for social media, websites, ecommerce, digital advertising, product launches, and training.
- Creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, alongside more detailed educational and product videos.
- Capturing high-quality product photography, including white-background images, application photography, and lifestyle content.
- Working with our marketing and technical teams to explain product benefits and turn technical information into clear, engaging videos, graphics, and educational materials.
- Filming with colleagues, accredited detailers, customers, and partners, helping people feel comfortable and confident on camera.
- Working alongside our detailing team to capture customer vehicles, special projects, product applications, and training.
- Creating digital and printed artwork for launches, campaigns, and everyday marketing, including website and Amazon graphics, brochures, point-of-sale materials, presentations, and sales tools.
- Designing packaging and labels within our brand guidelines, using approved product and technical information.
- Developing adaptable creative assets and templates for our internal teams, distributors, and retail partners.
- Bringing fresh ideas to the team and managing production from brief to finished asset.
- Adapting content for different channels, formats, and international markets.
- Maintaining a well-organized library of footage, photography, and finished creative for our teams and distribution partners.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
