Hey, I’m Timo.
I’m a serial entrepreneur, investor and author. I built and sold Fanbytes for a multi eight figure sum at 27, I’m the author of the Sunday Times bestselling book What’s Stopping You?, and over the last few years I’ve built an audience of more than 750,000 people across social media.
We have access to an unusual network of billionaires, centimillionaires, entrepreneurs, investors and well known people, and we are going to leverage that access to create media that very few teams could make. We are developing YouTube shows around entrepreneurs, business exits and turning around companies, alongside social formats and television ideas designed for a global audience.
To do that, we are building an exceptional in-house media team. I’m looking for a Videographer / Creative Producer who wants to be one of the first people in that team and help define what this next chapter looks like.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Film my world: You’ll be my right-hand person for video, travelling with me to events, conferences, meetings, and shoots, capturing both the planned content and the interesting things that happen behind the scenes.
- Lead our new YouTube show: You’ll be the lead producer on a new show centred around entrepreneurs who have exited companies, as well as going inside businesses and helping turn them around.
- Create short-form content: You’ll capture and produce content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and our other social channels, with the goal of creating ideas capable of reaching millions of people.
- Develop new formats: I want us constantly asking what we can create that does not already exist. You’ll help develop new shows, recurring formats, and ideas that make business content genuinely entertaining.
- Own production: I want to walk into an event or meeting with you and know that you understand what is interesting, what needs capturing, and how we can turn it into a great story.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
THE ACCESS
A big part of this role is that you’ll get access to rooms, people, and experiences that most videographers simply would not. I regularly spend time with some of the UK’s most successful founders, investors, and business leaders, including people such as Richard Harpin, Richard Branson, and LADbible cofounder Arian Kalantari. You’ll come into those rooms with me, film what happens, and naturally build your own network along the way.
WHO I’M LOOKING FOR
- You know how to shoot: You should already be technically excellent with a camera and have experience creating professional video content.
- You know how to edit: Strong editing skills are essential. You should be confident cutting short-form and long-form content yourself, from raw footage to a finished, publish-ready video, without needing to hand it off to someone else.
- You understand social: You consume YouTube and short-form content and understand what makes people click, watch, and share.
- You understand storytelling: You can recognise the interesting part of a conversation, person, or situation and work out how to turn it into a story people actually want to watch.
- You have creative taste: You have opinions about what great content looks like and are excited about developing completely new formats rather than simply copying what already exists.
- You want ownership: I’m looking for someone who wants to contribute ideas and eventually take serious ownership of what we create.
MY GOAL FOR YOU
My goal is that we work exceptionally hard together for two or three years building brilliant content, travelling the world, meeting incredible people, and taking this media business to another level. During that time, I want you to become exceptional at your craft, understand how audiences and media businesses are built, and develop a network that would normally take years to create. Then, eventually, I’d love for you to go and start your own company. If you do, I want to be one of the first people you call and, if it makes sense, your first investor.
