VIDEOGRAPHER / EDITOR – DIGITAL CONTENT London | Full Time | £35,000 per annum
The Role
We're looking for a Videographer / Editor to join our production team and help us create more content, more often. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently do both sides of the process: shooting and editing.
The role will cover a wide range of content, from social-first videos and behind-the-scenes content to YouTube videos, short-form series, additional content from larger productions and one-off creative projects. We're looking for someone who is equally comfortable behind the camera and behind the edit, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging online.
What you'll be doing
Filming
- Shooting a wide range of digital content across our platforms
- Operating cameras, audio and basic lighting equipment
- Working with Producers to understand the creative direction and requirements of each shoot
- Being proactive on shoots and spotting opportunities to capture additional content
- Shooting both planned content and more spontaneous, reactive moments
- Travelling for shoots when required

Editing
- Editing content from start to finish, from footage ingest through to final delivery
- Creating engaging edits designed specifically for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and other digital platforms
- Creating different cuts and formats from the same shoot
- Turning around content quickly while maintaining a high standard
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who can genuinely operate across both production and post-production. You'll ideally have:

- Proven experience as a Videographer and Editor
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating both filming and editing
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience working with different cameras, lenses and shooting setups
- A good understanding of lighting and audio
- Strong knowledge of editing fundamentals including pacing, storytelling, music and sound design
- The ability to shoot content independently without needing constant direction
- Someone who has used and has good knowledge of the Sony camera family. We shoot on Sony FX3 in house mainly
