Job Description: Videographer and Video Editor
We're looking for an exceptional videographer and video editor to work closely with our founder, helping document the journey of building one of the UK's fastest-growing marketing businesses. This isn't a traditional videography role.
We're looking for someone who understands storytelling just as much as they understand cameras.
Someone who can recognise meaningful moments, capture authentic interactions, and transform everyday experiences into compelling YouTube content.
Our founder is building something ambitious, and we want someone who can help document that journey in a way that's cinematic, engaging, and genuinely enjoyable to watch.
What You'll Be Doing
- Shadow our founder throughout the day, capturing behind-the-scenes content for YouTube, social media and company marketing.
- Film cinematic vlog-style content that documents the journey of building the business.
- Record talking-head videos, educational content and podcasts.
- Set up and operate cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
- Help produce direct-response marketing videos and advertisements.
- Shoot and edit high-quality photography when required.
- Colour grade and edit content to a premium standard.
- Identify interesting stories, moments and opportunities that others would overlook.
- Turn raw footage into engaging weekly YouTube vlogs with strong pacing and storytelling.
What We're Looking For
- Strong videography and camera skills.
- Excellent video editing abilities.
- Exceptional storytelling instincts.
- The ability to capture authentic, unscripted moments.
- Confidence filming in public and in fast-moving environments.
- Highly organised, reliable and proactive.
- Comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- Confident enough to ask questions, shape narratives and help build the story as events unfold.
- A positive attitude and someone who's enjoyable to work with.
- Willingness to travel both within the UK and internationally when required (potentially multiple trips per month).
- Comfortable being around business meetings, strategy sessions and occasional personal moments while maintaining complete professionalism and discretion.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Ideal Person
You don't just know how to operate a camera - you understand how to tell a story.
