Built through community-first marketing, viral product launches, and an innovative TikTok Shop strategy, the brand rapidly evolved from an independent startup into a multi-million-pound global business with a highly engaged global audience through creator collaborations, affiliate programmes, immersive digital campaigns, and trend-led product launches.
The Role:
We're working with an exciting, fast-growing beauty brand that is seeking a dynamic Videographer to join their creative team. This Videographer role sits at the heart of content creation, playing a key part in producing high-impact visual storytelling across a major upcoming documentary project and premium social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality, cinematic footage across long-form (documentary) and short-form (social media) content.
- Utilise a range of techniques including tripod, handheld, and gimbal videography to create dynamic and engaging visuals.
- Take ownership of creative direction on shoots, ensuring all content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to plan, storyboard, and execute shoots from concept through to delivery.
- Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure best-in-class production quality.
- Edit content end-to-end, including cutting footage, colour grading, and sound design to deliver polished final outputs.
- Adapt quickly to briefs and evolving creative direction, producing content optimised for social and digital platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly within beauty, social media, and videography techniques.

About You:
- Proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and commercially impactful work.
- Advanced skills in filming techniques, including gimbal stabilisation, handheld shooting, and cinematic framing.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio editing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A genuine passion for content creation, storytelling, and the beauty industry.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving creative environment.
