🎥 Full-time
This is a videography role first. Being handy with an iPhone isn’t quite going to cut it.
We’re working with a leading hospitality group to find a seriously talented Videographer & Photographer to create content across its best-known brands.
These are busy, energetic hospitality businesses with loads going on.
Packed venues. Brilliant food and drink. Live entertainment. Big events. Collaborations. New openings. And plenty of interesting characters.
In other words, there should rarely be a shortage of something worth pointing a camera at.
The challenge is turning all of that into content people actually want to watch.
The role
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with genuine craft behind the camera.
You’ll spend plenty of time out in venues capturing what’s happening for real, then turning it into brilliant social-first video and photography.
Video is the priority, so you’ll need to be an excellent videographer and editor. But photography matters too, and you should be confident producing high-quality stills for social, websites, CRM, PR and wider campaigns.
This isn’t a studio job.
One day you might be filming a food collaboration. The next it could be live entertainment, a menu launch, a packed Saturday night or simply spotting a brilliant moment nobody planned for.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You might currently work for a video, photography, creative or content agency and fancy spending more time getting properly under the skin of a couple of brands rather than shooting for 20 different clients.
Hospitality experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential.
What matters is that you’re comfortable getting out into venues, working around real customers and teams, and capturing the energy of what’s actually happening rather than trying to recreate everything in a controlled studio environment.
A few useful bits
The main camera kit and equipment you need will be provided.
There will be regular travel between venues, but you don’t need your own car. Travel can be arranged by train and taxi where needed.
The role is based from the company’s Manchester HQ, although naturally a lot of your week will be spent out shooting content. There is also some practical flexibility around where editing is done.
Fancy it?
Send us your CV and, most importantly, your portfolio.
If the work’s good, we’d love to have a chat.
