Videographer & Photographer

Location: Manchester

I am currently supporting an exciting opportunity for an experienced Videographer & Photographer to join the in-house marketing team of a well-established hospitality business. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a recognised lifestyle brand, creating engaging visual content that brings its venues, events and customer experiences to life.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in vibrant, fast-moving environments and has a passion for producing high-quality content that performs across social media and digital marketing channels.

Role

Working closely with the marketing team and venue managers, you'll be responsible for producing a wide range of photography and video content that supports the business's marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing high-quality photography and video content across multiple hospitality venues
  • Creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Capturing food, drinks, entertainment, events and customer experiences in a natural and creative way
  • Editing video content using industry-standard software to create engaging, platform-specific content
  • Producing visual assets for social media, websites, email marketing, PR activity and wider brand campaigns
  • Planning and delivering shoots around new campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions and live events
  • Maintaining an organised digital library of photography and video assets
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify new content opportunities
  • Keeping up to date with digital content trends and bringing fresh creative ideas to the wider marketing team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
