Golden Rule Ltd / Wyspa TV is looking for a creative and reliable Videographer to join our production team for the fourth edition of Stars Night Awards — an international gala celebrating achievement, creativity, responsible leadership and positive social impact.
The evening brings together artists, entrepreneurs, community leaders and media professionals, combining a limousine experience, a red-carpet reception, an awards ceremony, live performances and networking.
About the role
Working alongside the Wyspa TV production team, you will capture the pre-gala limousine experience and key moments of the evening.
This is a filming-only assignment. We require the original, unedited camera files, preferably recorded in Log. No editing, colour grading or finished video is required; post-production will be handled by our team.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Filming the limousines and guests taking part in the pre-gala limousine experience, including boarding, departures and arrivals.
- Filming guest arrivals, red-carpet moments and interviews.
- Capturing awards presentations, performances and audience reactions during your scheduled coverage.
- Recording behind-the-scenes footage, venue details and natural interactions between guests.
- Working with presenters, photographers and fellow camera operators to coordinate coverage.
- Following the agreed production brief and delivering all original footage after the event.

What we are looking for
- A strong eye for composition, visual storytelling and authentic moments.
- Practical experience with videography and camera operation.
- Confidence filming outdoors and indoors in changing lighting conditions.
- Experience recording in Log profiles, with careful attention to exposure, white balance and focus.
- An approachable manner and ease in communicating and building connections.
- Reliability, attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a production team.
- Availability on Friday, 23 October 2026, from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
- A professional appearance, wearing a black shirt and black trousers.
- A portfolio or showreel — event coverage, interviews or documentary footage are particularly welcome.
Equipment and footage delivery
Please tell us what camera, lenses, audio equipment and stabilisation you could provide, along with the recording formats and Log profiles your camera supports.

Please deliver original camera files without editing, colour grading, baked-in creative LUTs or re-encoding. Recording settings, file transfer method and delivery deadline will be agreed before the event.

Schedule and payment
You will be required from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm on Friday, 23 October 2026, covering the pre-gala limousine experience and the agreed portions of the evening programme.
The meeting point, shooting brief, recording settings, deliverables, fee and payment terms will be agreed in advance.
