VIDEOGRAPHER & VIDEO EDITOR
Full-time | On-site – Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire
£32,000–£45,000 DOE
gee is looking for a talented Videographer & Video Editor to join our in-house creative team. You'll create and edit video across social, paid ads, campaigns and our website, with a strong focus on short-form, social-first content.
THE ROLE
- Film and edit content for Instagram, TikTok and Stories
- Create and edit paid social ads
- Produce campaign, product and website video
- Film using professional equipment and iPhone
- Turn raw footage into multiple social-first edits
- Colour grade and correct footage, ensuring accurate hair colour and skin tones
- Add sound, music, subtitles and graphics where needed
- Understand the difference between polished campaign content and natural, social-first content
- Keep up with video trends and understand what performs on social
- Work closely with our founder and creative team on shoots and campaigns
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, shoots and social-first video concepts
- Help plan video content and shot lists ahead of shoots

ABOUT YOU
- 3+ years' videography/video editing experience
- Strong portfolio of short-form social content
- Experience in beauty, hair, fashion, luxury or e-commerce highly desirable
- Strong filming, lighting and editing skills
- Excellent eye for composition, colour and detail
- Understand what makes social content perform, not just look good
- Creative and confident bringing ideas, while working within the brand's overall creative direction
- Able to work quickly and manage a high volume of content
- Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership
- Photography experience is a bonus
