Take on a new challenge and develop your quality management, supplier and project quality, and continuous improvement expertise in a cutting-edge services environment.
As a VIE within the Services Quality team, you will support the deployment and continuous improvement of Quality processes across Services activities. You will work in close collaboration with Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to help ensure compliance with internal standards, customer expectations, and external quality requirements.
You’ll contribute to improving Quality performance by supporting Quality Management System deployment, supplier performance follow-up, non-conformity management, audit preparation, documentation management, and problem-solving activities.

- Deploy transverse improvement missions (within and outside Quality), animate company-wide initiatives, and ensure sound performance management in all métiers in compliance with centrally-defined governance and guidelines.
- Promote Quality culture through communication, training, knowledge sharing, and capability-building initiatives.
- Develop and deploy digital solutions, including AI agents, Power Apps, dashboards, and automation tools, to enhance Quality process efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and knowledge sharing across Services.
- Support continuous improvement programmes through data analysis, reporting, lessons learned, standardised methodologies, and process optimisation.
- Contribute to audit preparation and follow-up activities.
- Drive problem-solving, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action initiatives.
- Support the management of non-conformities and improvement action plans across Services activities.
- Contribute to supplier and subcontractor quality performance improvement.
- Assist in the deployment and standardisation of Quality processes, control plans, inspection requirements, and best practices with focus on Special Processes.

Preferred qualifications and skills:
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, (Quality Management, Industrial Management, Operations, Electromechanical, Materials), Physics, or a related field.
- Understanding of quality tools, problem-solving methods, audits, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices would be appreciated.
- Interest in the railway, transportation, industrial, or automotive environment.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with data mining tools, ERP systems, or digital reporting tools would be a plus.
- Fluent English.
