About Us

We are a fast-growing and ambitious letting agency with an expanding portfolio of residential properties. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Viewing Agent to join our team.
This is a varied and hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, being out on the road, and playing a key part in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Carry out tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Complete routine property inspections
  • Prepare and distribute relevant documentation
  • Report maintenance issues and general property feedback
  • Support the office team with general ad hoc duties as required
  • Ensure high standards of presentation and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, well-presented and confident
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
  • Previous lettings or property experience desirable but not essential (training provided)
