Now, we're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our market-leading team as a Viewing Agent in our Shawlands office.

Let's Talk About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers, presenting homes professionally and highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and gathering feedback during the viewing.
  • Coordinate and manage viewing appointments efficiently, ensuring properties are prepared and schedules are organised.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the local property market, available listings, Home Report values, and company services to confidently match clients with suitable properties.
