Assistant – Residential Team
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Assistant to join our Residential team based in Winchester on a zero hours contract. The post holder will support the busy sales and lettings teams with carrying out viewings of properties throughout Hampshire on Saturdays between 9 – 4. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain some experience within the property industry.
Main Duties
- Carrying out viewings of properties by appointment with potential tenants
- Follow-up emails and referring any questions/offers to the residential team
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries, arranging viewings etc.
- Dealing with applicants and entering them on the computer database
- Responsible for shutting down computers and other equipment at the end of the day
- Locking up and leaving the office secure

What Will It Take to Be Successful?
To be successful in this role, you’ll have strong customer service skills and a keen interest in the residential lettings sector. You’ll also have great written and verbal communication skills, good administrative and organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You’ll be a strong team player with good interpersonal skills, IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software. Good knowledge of the local area is highly desirable.
