Salary: £23.85 per hour
Hours: 1 x 24 hours per week
Position: 1 x casual post

Role Description:
What you will be doing… You’ll be working across our village with a warm, friendly team as a Nurse. Working in Belong Chester you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. Under the guidance of the Village Nurse Manager, you will be a part of a dedicated team supporting residents with their night time needs with a particular focus on ensuring their clinical needs are met.

Duties:
- Overseeing the health needs of all household customers and acting appropriately
- Medication management
- Maintaining written documentation, including risk assessments and life plans
- Supporting the team with personal care
- Contributing to clinical governance data and meetings
- Completion of relevant nursing audits
- Providing holistic End of Life Care
