As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in the sales journey, supporting prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the buying process, and ensuring every interaction reflects the values and high standards of Inspired Villages. The Role
As a key member of the sales team, you will be:
- Greeting prospective customers warmly and assisting with enquiries in a professional, helpful, and efficient manner
- Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry and show rounds to follow-ups, presentations, and move-ins
- Conducting home visits as agreed with the Sales Manager to provide tailored support and guidance
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records within the CRM system
- Overseeing daily sales progression by following up on enquiries and responding promptly to leads
- Monitoring and managing the sales process from reservation through to completion and move-in
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and Assisted Move Package partners
- Updating key stakeholders on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborating closely with village operations, particularly the Village Manager, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Producing timely and accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
- Assisting in planning, organising, and delivering sales events to showcase the village and attract prospective residents
- Supporting marketing initiatives and identifying opportunities to promote the village locally
- Participating in networking activities to increase community engagement and visibility
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming sales suite and office, ensuring a professional environment for customers

Key Requirements
- Having experience in new home sales, property conveyancing, or sales within a retirement living environment
- Demonstrating proficiency in database management and maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records
- Possessing a background in sales or customer service, with an outgoing, friendly, and approachable manner
- Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Being organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks efficiently
