Vinyl Graphics Applicator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Vinyl Graphics Applicator to join our dynamic signage production and installation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying vinyl graphics to a wide range of surfaces, ensuring a flawless, high-quality finish that meets client expectations and industry standards.

This role is vital in bringing our designs to life and plays a key part in delivering impactful visual branding and signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vinyl Application
    • Prepare surfaces and materials for vinyl graphic application (e.g., cleaning, priming).
    • Apply cut vinyl and digital print graphics to various substrates such as acrylic, aluminium, glass, vehicles, walls, and other surfaces.
    • Ensure accuracy in alignment, spacing, and finish with attention to detail.

  • Production Support

    • Assist in the production of signs, including weeding, masking, and laminating vinyl graphics.
    • Operate printers, plotters, laminators, and cutting equipment as needed.
  • Quality Control

    • Inspect final products for any imperfections or defects and make corrections as required.
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship in line with company quality guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration

    • Work closely with designers, production staff, and project managers to understand project specs.
    • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve production processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in vinyl application (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  • Ability to work with hand tools, squeegees, and measuring devices.
  • Understanding of surface preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
