About the Role
We’re looking for a Vinyl Graphics Technician to join our Scenic team.
Reporting into our Scenic Graphics Manager, you'll play a key role in producing and installing graphics for some of the UK's most exciting live events, exhibitions, corporate experiences, and brand activations. As part of an expanding Graphics function, you'll have the opportunity to help shape its future, develop your skills, and work on projects for some of the world's best-known brands and venues.
If you're passionate about large-format print, vinyl graphics, and bringing creative concepts to life, we'd love to hear from you.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Have experience working within large-format print production or vinyl graphics installation. (experience with 3 or 4m printers preferred).
- Understand materials commonly used in events and exhibitions, including vinyl, canvas, textiles and fabric graphics.
- Take real pride in producing consistently high-quality work and have exceptional attention to detail.
- Remain calm and organised when working to tight event deadlines.
- Enjoy solving technical challenges and troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleagues across production, scenic and project teams.
- Have experience using Adobe Illustrator and RIP software such as VersaWorks (or similar).
- Enjoy site-based installation work and are happy working in different venues and environments.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Care about sustainability and are keen to support our journey towards delivering events more responsibly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
