Vinyl Wrapping Technician
Expleo is actively recruiting for a Vinyl Wrapping Technician to join a state-of-the-art facility in Surrey, working within a fast-paced motorsport environment. Joining a highly experienced team, you'll be responsible for the preparation, application, inspection and maintenance of vinyl wraps, decals and graphics on race car components, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy and finish. Contract opportunities are available both Inside and Outside IR35.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare composite and metallic components for vinyl application, including cleaning, surface inspection and defect identification.
- Apply vinyl wraps, sponsor graphics, identification markings and protective films to race car components.
- Trim, finish and inspect vinyl installations to ensure a flawless appearance and compliance with team standards.
- Repair or replace damaged vinyl graphics as required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience applying vinyl wraps, graphics or paint protection films to complex surfaces within a motorsport, automotive refinishing or a similar field.
- High attention to detail and ability to achieve premium cosmetic finishes.
- Experience working with carbon fibre, painted surfaces or motorsport components is desirable.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to read technical drawings, templates and work instructions.
