Looking for a role where no two days are the same and every guest interaction matters?
At 135 metres high, the world-famous London Eye is one of the UK's most iconic attractions, welcoming millions of guests from around the world each year. We're looking for passionate, personable and hospitality-driven VIP Hosts to join our dedicated Hospitality team, delivering exceptional guest experiences that create unforgettable memories.
Whether you're welcoming guests at our exclusive VIP Desk, hosting in the Eye Lounge Bar, or delivering one of our premium hospitality experiences, you'll be the face of our VIP offering. Every interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations through warm, personalised service and genuine hospitality.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences across all VIP hospitality areas, including the VIP Desk, Eye Lounge Bar and our portfolio of premium experiences.
- Welcoming guests with confidence, warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit feels seamless from arrival to departure.
- Creating memorable moments by anticipating guest needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations, answering guest enquiries and resolving issues with empathy, confidence and professionalism.
- Building genuine rapport with guests from around the world while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and service.
- Maintaining immaculate presentation standards across all customer-facing hospitality spaces.
- Supporting the smooth delivery of daily VIP operations while working collaboratively with colleagues across the attraction.
- Promoting our premium experiences and helping guests make the most of their visit.
- Ensuring the safety, comfort and enjoyment of every guest throughout their experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- Has previous experience in hospitality, guest experience, customer service, hotels, premium retail, events or visitor attractions.
- Loves creating memorable experiences and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
- Has a naturally welcoming personality and enjoys engaging with people from all walks of life.
- Communicates confidently and professionally, even in busy environments.
- Stays calm under pressure and enjoys finding solutions for guests.
- Has a positive, flexible attitude and thrives as part of a supportive team.
- Takes pride in presentation and consistently maintains high standards.
- Is passionate about delivering five-star service, no matter the occasion.

Pay Range
GBP £13.84/Hr.
