The Role - Run Your Portfolio Like a Business
- Own a defined book of high-value players with clear targets for revenue, retention, and LTV expansion.
- Operate as a commercial owner, every interaction has intention and impact.
- Build genuine relationships paired with disciplined outreach rhythms.
- Identify opportunities early: upsell, cross-sell, reactivation, churn rescue.
- Deliver tailored bonuses, promos, and bespoke experiences backed by ROI.
- Monitor daily player health: activity shifts, deposit behavior, risk signals, win/loss swings.
- Intervene at decisive moments: activation, cold streaks, hot streaks, dormancy, near-churn.
- Maintain clean, precise documentation of every interaction and decision.
